The Mentoring Into Corporate (MIC) program is an innovative initiative by the Department of Industrial Management at the University of Kelaniya. Designed to bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world, MIC is a unique, Three semesters (14-month) mentoring program that pairs Second-year undergrads who are pursuing a BSc in Information Technology/BSc in Management and Information Technology with experienced professionals from leading industries.

Possess excellent communication skills, dedication to help mentees, and be a positive role model while sharing “Lessons Learned” from their own experiences and success stories.
